VIRGINIA...EASTERN VIRGINIA AND SOUTHEAST VIRGINIA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

TROPICAL STORM HERMINE IS EXPECTED TO SLIDE NORTHEAST ALONG THE
COASTAL CAROLINAS ON FRIDAY AND FRIDAY NIGHT...BEFORE PUSHING
OFFSHORE OF THE MID-ATLANTIC COAST SATURDAY NIGHT. WHILE THE
EXACT TRACK IS STILL UNCERTAIN, A PERIOD OF MODERATE TO HEAVY
RAINFALL IS EXPECTED ACROSS THE OUTLOOK AREA LATE FRIDAY NIGHT
AND SATURDAY, WITH RAINFALL TOTALS AS HIGH AS 2 TO 5 INCHES
POSSIBLE. ADDITIONALLY, WIND GUSTS OF 40 TO 50 MPH WILL BE
POSSIBLE SATURDAY THROUGH SATURDAY NIGHT.
