Southern Charm of the Finest Kind!
Capture the essence of southern small town life at Little Greenway, located in Historic Tappahannock, Virginia. Tappahannock, the county seat for Essex County, is older than Richmond, Fredericksburg and even Williamsburg. Captain John Smith landed here in 1608 but was driven back to his ship by the local Native Americans. Tappahannock was settled in the 17th century as a trading post known as “Hobbs His Hole.” Today, Tappahannock retains homes and buildings from the original town site.
