December Planning Commission Meeting

In accordance with §2.2-3707 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Essex County Planning Commission will meet on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at 7:00 pm at the Essex County School Board meeting room, 109 Cross Street, Tappahannock, Virginia, to discuss the following issues:

· Discuss Chapter One of the Essex County Comprehensive Plan.

· Discuss issues with Agricultural and Forestry language in the Essex County Zoning Ordinance.

Interested parties may appear at the meeting to listen to the discussion. Any person may photograph, film, record, or otherwise reproduce any portion of the meeting required to be open. Public comment will not be solicited at this meeting.
