Code and Ordinance Updates

Currently, the County's Code of Ordinances available through Municode is updated annually. Sometimes a section of the County Code or Ordinance is added or amended and approved by the Planning Commission and/or the Board of Supervisors, but due to the yearly update cycle is not immediately available on the Municode site. 

Newly approved codes and ordinances will be posted to this page until they are updated on the Code of Ordinances Municode page.
