To Make a FOIA Request to Essex County:
Essex County and its Constitutional Officers have divided the responsibilities of responding to FOIA requests. Each Constitutional Officer, or their designee, will be acting as their own Information Officer. FOIA requests should be directed to the appropriate officer.
